During this commercial call, the customer let us know that one of the systems is making weird noises. When we arrived on the scene, we ran a full diagnostic and survey of the entire AC system, there was no noise present at the time of inspection. We changed out the batteries and the thermostat. We advised that if this happens again, to record the timing and reach back out.
